HIFU Med

How it works?

Over time, collagen fibers begin to lose elasticity, which in turn causes the skin to lose its firmness and start to sag.

HIFU is a clinically proven technology that works to lift and tighten the skin non-surgically. Using ultra-sound waves, the superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS) is targeted.

Our HIFU Med has the ability to safely treat the tissues usually addressed during surgical facelifts, by using high ultrasonic energy, to deliver this deep within the skin and cause a thermal reaction.

This high heat will directly focus on the fascia and muscle layers, heating the tissues to a range between 60 ̊c – 70 ̊c, thus the natural wound healing response is stimulated to create new collagen and elastin.

As this technology is specifically targeting the SMAS, collagen production is stimulated, and the process of tissue regeneration begins. This causes tightening and lifting of the skin and tissues, resulting in a lifted appearance and a tightened feeling in the Face and Body areas.

Why our HIFU Med?

The HIFU Med is an extremely advanced HIFU Device, as it has the ability to shoot multiple lines in one go. Not only does this enable the treatment to be done quicker, but the line spacing between each shot is more uniform and accurate. This is a very important factor to ensure superior treatment results without the risk of overlapping or burning.
